March 19, 2020 – We are committed to doing everything we can to meet your banking needs during the COVID-19 outbreak. At the present time we are open and providing all services.
However, in order to protect our employees and members, effective Monday, March 23rd, our lobby will be available by appointment only. Please call 315-724-5133 during our normal business hours which are 8am – 4pm, Monday through Friday, to schedule your appointment.
We strongly recommend that you sign up for direct deposit and request a Debit Mastercard if you have not already done so. All electronic services are available including our free online banking and bill pay service, our Mobiliti™ mobile app with Remote Deposit Capture which allows you to deposit checks from anywhere right from your smartphone. Our 24/7 Audio Response telephone number is 1-800-806-7923 (please call us if you need your PIN reset). Access and manage your UTELFCU Visa credit card using the eZCard site. Our loan applications are available on our website. You can mail or fax it to us at 315-793-8296, as well as drop it in our night depository.
We want to assure you that your money is safe here at UTELFCU. While it is smart to have a small amount of cash on hand for emergencies, our on-premise ATM is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are also part of both the Sharenet and CO-OP ATM networks with over 30,000 surcharge-free ATM locations throughout the United States and Canada.

March 16, 2020 – In regards to the Flu and the Coronavirus (COVID-19), our credit union is aware of the situation and we are currently taking steps to prepare in the event of an emergency. This includes the impact an emergency situation may have on our membership and staff. Additional cleaning measures have been instituted to help curtail the spread of the virus.
Everyone should begin practicing these basic preventative measures to reduce the spreading of germs and better protect your health:
- Wash your hands frequently
- Stay at least six feet away from someone coughing or sneezing
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth
- Cover your nose and mouth when you cough or sneeze
- If you have a fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical care early
- Stay home if you feel unwell
At this time, we highly encourage our community to stay informed about the Coronavirus from a reputable resource such as those listed below.
- The World Health Organization (WHO) has valuable resources including protective measures, practicing food safety, staying healthy while traveling and more.
- The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) also provides information about how the Coronavirus spreads, symptoms, prevention, testing and more.
