We are committed to doing everything we can to meet your banking needs.
Effective Monday, July 6th, the Credit Union lobby will be open without an appointment. However, we are asking that you wear a mask and respect social distancing guidleines. We will limit lobby access to four (4) members at a time. Remote account access is encouraged by utilizing our night depository and on-site ATM which is fee-free for UTELFCU branded cards.
All electronic services are available including our free online banking and enhanced bill pay service which features A2A and Popmoney®. UTELFCU’s mobile app Mobiliti™, with Remote Deposit Capture, allows you to check your balances, transfer funds and deposit checks from anywhere, right from your smartphone.
Access and manage your UTELFCU Visa credit card using the eZCard site. Our loan applications are available on our website. You can mail or fax it to us at 315-793-8296, as well as drop it in our night depository.
We want to assure you that your money is safe here at UTELFCU. While it is smart to have a small amount of cash on hand for emergencies, our on-premise ATM is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are also part of both the Sharenet and CO-OP ATM networks with over 30,000 surcharge-free ATM locations throughout the United States and Canada.

Everyone should be practicing these basic preventative measures to reduce the spreading of germs and better protect your health:
